About Imaging_lectures	English (USA)
IHRS BioSoft, BIF-IGS, and HIDSS4Health offer this summer an online lecture series on imaging methods. It consists of seven lectures of 90 minutes each; the first lecture takes place on April 28 and the last one on July 17. Jäger (DKFZ), Analyzing Medical Images Using Machine Learning * M. Wagner (KIT), Optical Coherence Tomography in Biofilm Research * R. Merkel (FZJ), Basics of Light Microscopy for the Study of Cells * G. U. Nienhaus (KIT), Advanced Fluorescence Spectroscopy * L. Hilbert (KIT), Microscopy Assessment of DNA-based Information Processing * C. Sachse (FZJ), Imaging Biological Molecules by Electron Cryo-microscopy The lectures aim at Ph.D. students but are open to all interested colleagues. However, places are limited and registration is mandatory.
