1. aus der View mailing_list_call nur PI aus dem FZJ oder PC (Herkunft beliebig)
2. alle abgelehnten Projekte vorheriger JARA/VSR-Calls aus Antragstabelle (PI aus dem FZJ und PC), DB-User=antrag
3. alle OE-Leiter aus Dispatch-Tabellen (außer Verwaltung)
Mehrfache Einträge einer Email-Adresse werden beim Hochladen auf die Mailingliste automatisch eliminiert!
